By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the bs3 platform, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to all registered users, visitors, and anyone using bs3’s services. They work alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
Bs3 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Only one account per device or household is permitted.

Account creation, security & user responsibilities
Account registration requirements
You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time. A national ID or other documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawal access may be restricted until account verification is complete.
Password & security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited at bs3: creating multiple accounts, bonus fraud, use of automated bots or software, hacking attempts, operating under another user’s identity, and using the platform for money laundering.
Account suspension & closure
Bs3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts at any time without prior notice. If a violation of terms is confirmed, the remaining balance of the account may be confiscated. If users request account closure, balances will be refunded after verification.
Payments, transactions & financial terms
All financial transactions on bs3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
Account verification is required to process withdrawals. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be delayed. Additional documents may be requested for suspicious transactions. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal — details are outlined in each individual bonus offer.
If a technical error results in an incorrect credit to an account, bs3 reserves the right to reclaim the excess amount. Deliberately exploiting system errors will result in account termination.
Platform usage rules & limitation of liability
Service availability
Bs3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. bs3 is not liable for any losses due to service interruptions. If game results are voided due to technical issues, bet amounts will be refunded.
Limitation of liability
Bs3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. bs3 bears no responsibility for events outside the platform — such as internet outages, banking issues, or third-party service disruptions. Users place bets at their own discretion and assume all associated risks.
Third-party links & services
The bs3 platform may include third-party game providers or services, each governed by their own terms and conditions. bs3 does not guarantee the quality or content of any third-party services. If you experience issues with a third-party service, please contact that provider directly.
Intellectual property protection
All content on the bs3 platform — including logos, designs, software, graphics, and text — is protected by bs3's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content without permission is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
Changes to terms, governing law & dispute resolution
Bs3 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, bs3 will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or through the platform.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in a competent Bangladeshi court.

Responsible Gaming & special provisions
Bs3 takes Responsible Gaming seriously. Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits for themselves. Those who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
If bs3 detects signs of problematic addictive behavior, it reserves the right to intervene on an account — even without the user's consent. This is done solely to protect the user's wellbeing.
Bs3 does not support any illegal activities. bs3 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if there is suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
